Can you still contest a will once it has gone to probate and been approved?

In fact, most Christians need the church, but not all church do the job they should and even if they are doing a good job, people still get hurt in church sometimes because churches are made up of imperfect people. Only God himself is perfect. But when we have a lot of praise and worship this brings in the power of the Holy Spirit, as well as prayer and preaching do. HI. Lately i have been noticing very strong fatigue. I am a VERY active person and usually have the right amount of energy to get me through my day. lately i have been getting the right amount of hours of sleep. go to bed at 10 wake up at 7:15 - 7:30. I am slightly overweight but have recently had bloodwork done and everything is perfect. bloodsugar, cholesterol and thyroid are perfectly normal. like i said earlier, im very active. at one point i was doing 2 workouts a day about a month ago but now have rounded it down to one vigorous workout a day with the exception of maybe two a day once a week. working out is my passion i am also a trainer for many friends and family members of mine. Another thing to add is i was very stressed the past year with school but now it's summer and i feel very relaxed and havent been stressed for 2 weeks now. i do have a slight allergy to wheat and gluten which i know is known to cause some fatigue but lately its been extreme fatigue. my muscles are sore, i feel like just lying down if im out shopping. i was sitting on the couch and felt myself slumping down and trying to keep my eyes open at 7:00 at night! walking up the stairs was even tiring for me and usually i take two at a time no problem! this morning at the gym i was so tired after only 30 mins of cardio. i usually do an hour or an hour and 15 of cardio and 30-45 mins of weight training! i just would like to know if maybe there is something i could do to make myself more energized or if i need to get something checked out by a doctor? One more thing to add is i am 16 years old.

It's hard to explain but my mom got an extra bill on something for no reason (it wasn't cell phone bill btw). Loss of my inheritance?

My uncle passed and I did not want to particiate in the court battle regarding his will and a complaint in equity with other family members. Because of this I did not receive an inheritance from his estate. I was told by the court appointed probate attorney that because "I did not hire an attorney; did not come to Court to be heard after notice being sent in the Will contest and Complaint in Equity. By not participating, legal rights get lost". I don't think this is fair. Michigan probate estate dispute?

My grandmothers house and vehicle have been in probate for over a year. There has been disputes regarding the vehicle that is apart of my grandmothers estate. Before my gramma pasted my aunt was in possession of her vehicle because their car was broke down. Her and her husband used my grammas vehicle to go see her in the hospital. When my gramma pasted her car was left to no one and my aunt decided she wanted it and that she would pay a thousand dollars to each surviving benificary which she has not done.At the time the lawyer stated that the vehicle should not be titled in no ones name since it is part of the estate. My aunt then decided not to listen and took my grandmothers death certifiacate and titles it in her name..Forward a year now she is stating that she was given the vehicle and that she doesnt feel that she is entitled to pay anyone for it.The lawyers are in limbo about a decision on this because she has changed her story on this issue about three time and now is basically is making flase statements against my mother and is contradicting herself...Does anyone know if it is illegal to title a vehicle in your name with only someones death certificate? And could my mom bring charges of slander or defamation against her because she accuses my mom of false accusations that she stated in a letter written to a laywer that my mom did recieve a copy of? One more thing the laywer is now stating because of the dispute that the judge will make the final decision in this case and if my aunt is under oath and lies and her contradictions come up in the case could she be accused of perjury?

How can I be named executor of my fathers' estate if we don't know what his assets are?

My father died 2 weeks ago in the State of Michigan. We have been estranged for 20 years and know nothing about his life in recent years. (I live 500 miles away from where he did) We have found out that he has an IRA and a savings account with Chase Bank. However; the state will not give me control of his estate unless I can be specific about his financial situation. i.e dollar amounts in the accounts and most importantly account numbers. Now here's the source of my problem: He had an on again-off again girlfriend who has been living with him in recent months prior to his death. She conveniently cannot locate any of his mail, bank statements, IRA statements, tax records or anything that would help me determine the actual assets of his estate. We believe in total his estates worth to be less than $15,000 dollars. I've been told about a Letter of Authority which will cost me $150.00 do get. This supposedly will give me access to this information directly from the financial institution. Supposedly. And then I can proceed with declaring his assets for probate. Can any one advise me in this area? What should I do? Am I doing the right thing? Oh, and one more thing to note: the 'girlfriend' is not a legal tenant in my fathers' apartment and is not on the lease. What are your horror stories for not having a will, power of attorney, and advance medical directive?

I'm a Nursing Home Administrator I've seen alot of negative things happen to families because they don't have advanced directives or will's or even power of attorney's. We'll start with advanced directives. If a patient hadn't declared what they want then the medical community will do normal protocol. Ex. If a patient has a heart attack, the medical team with revive them to the best of their ability even if it results in brain damage and the patient living as a vegetable or with horrible damages. The process of reviving normally includes cracking the rib cage and a very painful recovery with time in rehab. If the patient ends up as a vegetable with out a living will, they will remain on life support until they die or the doctor decides to cut the cord. Once the patient as passed away the state takes all their assets instead of the family with out a will. And if there is someone you don't want to lay claim to anything... you have no way of dictating that with out a will. The advanced directives let's you choose if you want to be brought back during certain situations like respiratory arrest vs. cardiac arrest. The Living will then deals with the after math of that in that you can designate someone to make decisions for you ONLY WHEN YOU ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO MAKE THEM YOURSELF. Having a Power of Attorney or Living will doesn't mean you sign over your right all it means is that if you are ever unable to make decisions (ex, Alzheimer's, acoma etc...) then someone you trust can make the decisions you would want to have made. Their job is to carry out your wishes not their own. The will is the icing on the cake, it lays out what you want to happen to your things once you are gone. That way it doesn't go to the state first for review, your lawyer has set out the terms and what goes where. If you don't care you can simply put, split my assets evenly between my children. It's simple. I'm 26 and I have a will, I have a power of attorney and advanced directives. It's never too early. I have patients from 24-104... everyone should make their wishes known and if you ever change your mind, you can change all of those things as well.

My daughters father committed suicide in Oct of 2010. When he died his mother opened a bank account in my daughters name, She also kept everything he left. Basically a close family member passed away last year and the solicitors have been dealing with the estate. What should I do this summer?

Probate Notice: What if a name is incorrect?

I applied to be the administrator for my sister's estate and the legal notice was put in the local organ today; however, her name has been spelled wrong. I have called the Probate Court office after hours and left a message informing them of the incorrect spelling. Does this have any bearing on things? I have a relative who was declared dead in error. It's a long story, but he was in an accident and suffered some memory loss. We discovered that he is a alive and he found his way back to us. The problem is that a death certificate was issued and his property and assets were distributed by the probate court. He is insisting that all his property be returned to him as he wants to resume his life. How can we go about reversing the probate order and recollecting his property? My mother recently passed away and I am the executor of her estate. When I executed her will at the courthouse, they informed me that I could only pay up to $3,500 towards her funeral expenses. Why isn't anyone challenging herman cain on his tax ideas?

He advocates a "fair tax". It is not a fair tax like what Ron Paul has talked about where everyone would pay a set amount. He instead sets it at 23% rate and offers probates for low income families. This means that low income families wil pay no taxes, just like in the current system. The problem is that right now the top earners pay something like 39%. His proposal would drop that tax rate down to 23%. That is a massive tax break for the rich, without any plan to make up that lost revenue. I support Ron Paul, but I Am not above listening to new ideas. Cain's plan however seems to just replace the IRS with a system that does the exact same thing but taxes the wealthiest by about 40% less. I am all for lower taxes for everyone, but his plan looks like disaster. Why is no one calling him out for it?

What I did with our bookshelfs is bought some of the name tags that you usually tape to a child's desk, and label them as "Reference" "Young Readers" "Young Adult" "Children" "Bible" and so forth. If you have more room you could label the Reference section into smaller sections, such as "Sewing" "Astronomy" "Gardening", etc. It would be a big project, ask the kids to help out and get it done in a weekend. i am hoping you can help me with my legal dilemma... i am 36 yrs old and receive SSI benefits. having had medical problems and not being able to work i racked up some credit card debt. as of right now i owe about $5400 and am struggling to make the minimum payments. i filed bankruptcy in 2006 so i cannot file again until 2014. earlier this year my father received a small inheritance and bought a $27,000 condo and put 10% down. there is a mortgage on the condo. he is married to my mom and the condo is in his name only. he also jointly owns his primary home with my mom and the home has little if any equity. he also owes about $5,000 in credit card debt in his own name and my mom has credit card debt in her name. they get buy with social security and a pension as they are 65 yrs old. my dad purchased the condo for me so i always have a place to live (i am also an only child). a friend of mine is currently renting the condo and i am still living in my parents home. in the near future i will be moving into the condo and my friend and i will share the mortgage, assn fee, utilities, etc... NOW, HERE IS THE DILEMMA: As of now the condo is deeded in my dad's name only. I can no longer keep up with my credit card bills and will stop paying on them very soon as SSI does not pay very much money. My dad wanted to add me to the deed or totally quit claim the deed to me but I'm worried about doing that as of now because I will soon have debt collectors after me who could get a judgment against me and and put a lien on the condo if it is in my name fully or jointly with my dad. I know in 2014 I will be able to file bankruptcy and have a clean slate at that time and then have my dad put the condo in my name without the fear of a judgment lein. My father passed away and he had no will. He ws divorced from my mother and was married again. She is not cooperating with me at all. I think (hope) music will be auto-tuned so much, that people realize what real music is. So maybe for the next few years, music will get worse, but then hopefully better. But everyone had different tastes I guess.

Advice for a beginner guitarist?

So I just got my first ever guitar (a Fender Acoustic) in the mail yesterday. I played it for 4 1/2 hours straight using online guitar lessons, took a break, then played for about another 2 hours.. Then today, I played for a good 6 hours total. I learned a lot about the basic chords and strumming as well as reading tabs and understanding how to play a basic song. But the problem is, I can't play any songs! It's sooo hard to move from one chord to another fast enough.. I know that this takes time and lots of practice, but I was wondering if maybe anyone had some advice that would help me get past this slump.. It sucks because I feel like I learned so much in one day, and know I'm stuck for who knows how long just to move from one chord to another.. Should I invest in lessons? I really can't afford them right now, but if anyone that's experienced thinks they would help me more than I can myself, then I'll start saving up.. Am I doing something wrong?? Any good free online sites worth checking out? Or maybe some really easy songs I could start to practice (other than the most common ones you'll find by a simple google search)? No Load Annuity as good as it sounds or bad move?

I need to place a pretty large chunk of money away and have maxed out how much I can put into my IRA retirement accounts. My financial broker has told me that a no load annuity would be a good solution for my needs. I need to have it assessable if needed, it needs to be tax deffer ed while in the annuity, death benefits all go to my son upon my death without having to go through probate. I understand that there are charges for maintenance of the fund, the death benefits and an annual charge all totaling about 3.65% of total amount of annuity which is no small amount. Is this a good option for me as it does offer all my needs but will I actually make anything off of it with a 3.65% annual charge? I am indifferent about what to do.
