The loan is through Freddy Mac and Chase mortgage. I have lived in the house for 5 years caring for my mom. I still live in the home, but the mortgage is behind. My brothers were in afghanistan and just came home and signed so we can probate the will. What do we do next. Will the mortgage company refinance us or what will happen?
