My aunt passed away last year.she had a care giver of about 3 years and she has filed things in probate court?

filed things in court,i am a niece and asked her about when the estate settles and whats in the will. she claims she dosent know that the attorneys are handling everything.im not buying that because she is greedy.how can we find out whats in the will ?plus our aunt had some bonds she wanted nieces and nephews to have,how can we find out about those?because these are things she told us verbally but we would like to know about it.does the nieces and nephews have any legal rights?my aunt lives in indiana,we live in kentucky.any info would be greatly appreciated
