Question for inhome daycare providers.?

I am also a provider. but not like most of you I'm sure. I just have 2 different families. one being my cousin with 3 kids the other an old neighbor with 2 kids. I just want to get on a better schedule and get my daycare going so I can get other children. Anyone have suggestions on menus, curriculum, where to shop for things for the daycare, tax info, ect? I want to get prepared and get my daycare in line so it is completely organized, ect! :)
