Advice on working in Paris?

Hi my name is Matthew and I am currently studying to become a Patissier and would love the chance to be able to work in Paris considering it's pretty much the Patisserie capital of the world. I would just like to know any advice, tips, anything I should know such as how good I have to be at French to work in Paris, what documents I need to get organised etc. ( I am from Melbourne, Australia by the way ) .
