My 18th birthday is in 2 days :(?

my parents don't find it important while i was actually hoping for an amazing day... they don't care and i don't wanna waste that day especially coz i think it's the MOST important birthday. what made things worse is that i just found out that they will be inviting some people for a feast at home, and they couldn't have it except ON the day :( even worse, they didn't let me go to the graduation ceremony that our school organised, aaaand we're not even travelling in summer, last summer i didn't travel either.. they make me feel like they fon't care about me! instead of the vacation, i suggeted them getting me a guitar so at least i could do something. they want me to study in the summer (like i did last year) so i can get into medicine. I AM SICK OF EVERYTHING. what should i do, i am really depressed :'(
