Get a realtor. Find someone that will have your best interest at heart. You do not pay a thing for the service about guiding you through the process, and showing this house to you and find houses similar nearby that you might be interested in. He/she will draw up the contract, contact the bank and or the broker and find out info about the home and any liens or addiional information that you would have a hard time trying to discover. He will disclose everything to you, help you find the right home and find out what needs to be done, like inspections. Your realtor is paid by the seller
