I owe ex ongoing alimony and c/s but she owes me assorted split expenses - how can I get what she owes me?

Never off-set c/s or alimony from what you think you are owed. Child Support Recovery and the IRS will hunt you down. Go back to court and prove what you are owed. It sounds like you could do this in the divorce case.
