How to retrieve the money I am entitled to from a deceased relatives will?
The executor is only nominated and has not been approved by the court. File your own petition for probate, ask that you be appointed as executor. That should move the auntie along.

No Load Annuity as good as it sounds or bad move?
I need to place a pretty large chunk of money away and have maxed out how much I can put into my IRA retirement accounts. My financial broker has told me that a no load annuity would be a good solution for my needs. I need to have it assessable if needed, it needs to be tax deffer ed while in the annuity, death benefits all go to my son upon my death without having to go through probate. I understand that there are charges for maintenance of the fund, the death benefits and an annual charge all totaling about 3.65% of total amount of annuity which is no small amount. Is this a good option for me as it does offer all my needs but will I actually make anything off of it with a 3.65% annual charge? I am indifferent about what to do. My financial broker is a friend also so I do trust him but he is a salesman. Any experiences with a no load annuity and your stories would be appreciated. Thanks.

Where do I stand with regards to jointly owned home?
With your brother being half owner of the house you are in a difficult situation. You might need to think of something somewhat dastardly to force the issue. There are numerous possibilities for dastardly strategies but here's something that might get you thinking outside the box. Since you are half owner of the house you have every right to make upgrades and repairs. Perhaps you decide to upgrade the plumbing and install a new energy efficient water heater. In order to do this you must shut off the water at the main and remove the water heater. After removing the water heater from the property you discover that you must use your disposable capital on an emergency issue. This delays restoration of water service to the house indefinitely. Perhaps at that time it would be best if your brother found different accommodations and then you list and sell the house. You can see that the scenarios for this type of underhanded tactic are endless. Just remember that your brother is treating you underhandedly at this point so maybe outwitting him this way is justifiable.
In California, person dies intestate, what is the definition of a "surviving" brother?
A woman died intestate in California in 2010. She was long divorced with no children and predeceased by her parents. At the time of her death, she had four living siblings (three brothers, one sister). Before her estate was probated, one of the brothers died. This brother has three sons. Are the sons of the deceased brother entitled to a share of her estate?
Why am I passing out?
You don't sound normal at all you sound sick. If you go back to starving yourself you will die, plain and simple, and i absolutely doubt you need to lose weight. You need to ******* eat! Hot dogs, burgers, fries, potatoes, peanut butter whatever. You should be eating about 1800 calories a day. I am pretty sure you are starving yourself you just don't know it. Again if you starve yourself you will die.
