Would you pay someone to be a "home assistant"?

Would you pay to have someone come to your house once a week to take care of the things that you're just too busy to do? For example, cleaning, organizing, doing laundry, grocery shopping, running errands, or anything else that would help your house run more smoothly. If so, how much would you pay someone to come to your house and spend a whole day once a week doing those things for you?
