I need a really good diet/meal plan and workout?
I am trying to get rid of this extra 20 lbs. before school starts back and danceline starts. I know I'm gaining a lot of leg muscle from danceline, but if I could get rid of these 20 lbs. it would be a lot better. I've already cut out soft drinks, sweet tea, etc. I also cut out fried chicken and a few other "fatty foods." I have P90X which just gets old to me, keep in min I'm a 16 year old girl. I just need an organized meal plan or something to go by to know what to eat and what to cut out. Also, any excersises I can do daily. Thanks.
