Can you still contest a will once it has gone to probate and been approved?
Need some advice as someone will get money when they do not deserve it for a lot of reasons, is there any way we can sort this out? Thanks
What is your opinion on organised religion?
Many Christians are so weak that they desperately need the church to encourage them a lot. In fact, most Christians need the church, but not all church do the job they should and even if they are doing a good job, people still get hurt in church sometimes because churches are made up of imperfect people. Only God himself is perfect. But when we have a lot of praise and worship this brings in the power of the Holy Spirit, as well as prayer and preaching do. So, the presence of the Lord helps us a lot and we get edified if it is a strong true Bible believing church.
Can you help me out?? greatly appreciated!?
hi! my sister is going to have surgery..(not too serious but she will be in the hospital for at least 5 days after) anyway i bought her a diary for when she feels bored. i am going to write her a letter in it for when she opens it she will be surprised. i want it to be kind of emotional. PLEASE HELP! :) thanks!
Why does everybody think the Indians are done all of the sudden?
I don't think the Indians are done. Heck, Shin Soo-Choo and Carlos Santana haven't even started hitting yet. I think the key is the starting rotation. If they get their act back together the Indians will stay good because the bullpen is really solid. a href="http://www.indianslocker.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.indianslocker.com//a
What am I legally entitled to if my husband does not have a will in the event of his death?
we have many assets, property in both our names He runs and owns a successful cabinet shop, my name is on the buissness account. He owns 16 muscle cars estimated worth $800,000 one of them is in my name. What of the rest? Do I own them in the event of his death or will these assets go to a probate lawyer? We also have grown Sons I have one, my husband has three. whats in it for them? Are they entitled to any of these cars?
Help re-arranging this clustered up sentence? What would sound better? Thanks...?
With interest in leasing the property, I attempted to find the owners, presuming they would be interested in renting to a qualified tenant, rather than let the home linger on in disrepair. Further research made it known that the owners were deceased with no living heirs. Public records indicated there was no probate, or other properties or relatives to reach them.
Hello, My grandmother (who assumed the role of my mother from day 1) passed away in January.?
She left me the house which is a three family house where the top floor is rented by NYCHA section 8 tenants. These tenants had been a problem long before she passed, she was elderly and they definately took advantage of that. Theyve flushed shirts and documents down the toilet causing plumbing issues, stole her NYS tax refund check, ripped it up and threw it out the window only for me to find it in the backyard one day. they have bought in furniture from outside, in turn causing an infestation of bed bugs. ANYWAYS everything is going through probate right now and could take months, I would like to exterminate and renovate/ gut the top two floors so that i may assume what was left for me. This tenant also owes her portion of the rent for 10 months, before my grand mother passed we informed this tenant that she needed to move, she hasnt had her lease renewed for 4 years, she kept saying that she was waiting for a voucher, recieved it, started looking for an apartment but never moved. what recourse do i have? i wan her out, she is disrespectful and believes that she can do what she wants because its "her" apartment. she leaves the front door open and the lights on, throws condoms out the back window. i dont know where to start, please help.
